Shabdrung Rinpoche was founder, and true king of Bhutan. His power was taken away from him whilst in retreat in 1907 but in fear of the Shabdrung claiming his throne back the Bhutanese royal family assasinated him every time he was reborn.

Rinpoche X, a great spiritual leader and best friend to Tomasz Lukasiak died in exile in 2002. He was reborn a year later and imprisoned by the Bhutanese government. Tomasz, as his closest friend was asked by his monks to help them in their attempt to rescue him from house arrest....
