Mike Garrod is an English DOP and film maker with experience in drama, documentary, music promos and visual effects work since 2000.

Used to difficult shooting conditions, having shot in almost every climate from the mountains of Bhutan to the deserts of Namibia as well as documentary filming with the UN in Afghanistan, Burma and Swat (Pakistan). Comfortable on both film and video formats.

Mike edits on FCP and has directed music videos and documentary. Credits include work for BBC, ITV, Channel 4 (UK), Sky One, MTV, Channel 5 (UK), Granada, Discovery, National Geographic, Swiss National, Geo TV, MBC, HBO, Swedish Film Institute, TV3 Sweden + independent producers.
